Star Citizen 2020, 11-16 11;47;47 Spawning at inappropriate locations

As indicated in the title of the video my character spawns at inappropriate locations. Initially I appear to spawn some distance over Hurston, de-coupled from the rotation of the planet, but still coupled to it as an object (assuming planets do revolve around Stanton). I attempt to kill the character via backspace, but the character does not respond. I instead log out, then back in, at which point I spawn upside-down and ascending or falling away from the planet at considerable speed. This time forced respawn does work and the character appears to spawn in a Lorville Hab. Please keep in mind that Lorville was not the spawn point I selected when I started on the PTU, but every time save for one I have spawned there anyway.
