Who is The Queen?

Elizabeth II is the Queen, and has been on the throne since 1952. She is married to Prince Philip. Together, they carried out thousands of engagements, visiting schools, charities, organisations across the country and around the world. Philip retired in 2017 but the Queen is still working and carries out engagements alone or with other members of her family. She also receives a daily government box which keeps her in the loop, and she monitors everything going on in the Commonwealth, which she is passionate about.
