Nurcahyo Heru Prasetyo from Indonesia shares his experience about his Facilities Management - Level 1 Course from London Business Training & Consulting (LBTC) which he attended from 2-Dec-19 to 6-Dec-19.
Nurcahyo Heru is the Assistant Director of Facilities & Logistics Management in Bank Indonesia. Here, he shares his thoughts on his course journey with LBTC and his consultant John Atkinson.
His expectation from the course was that he could expand his knowledge of Facilities Management to handle his department better.
He says that the subject was in reference to his job and some of the knowledge received during the course was entirely new for him. He will try to implement this new knowledge for his organization in his job when he gets back to his country.
Nurcahyo Heru states that his consultant, John Atkinson, is a great trainer as he explains the subject clearly with several examples. John also emphasized on less paper usage and more on consulting the study material provided in the iPad.
Nurcahyo Heru was quite happy and satisfied with the customer services as well as the guidance he received for enrolment for the course and registrations. The location, according to him, was also too feasible and could be reached through many forms of transportation and routes.
He further adds that he would recommend LBTC to others as well.
