Guy on Skateboard Falls From Ledge While Attempting Full Cab Flip

This guy was skateboarding on and off the ledges. Unfortunately, he slipped while attempting a full cab flip and ended up banging his head on the ground after falling. He seemed hurt as he lay on the floor and pressed his head post his miserable fail.
