Minolta MN50HD Review

This camera has both pros and cons.

Pros - Has a built in Light, Comes with a usable Camera Case, Has a HDMI connection, Comes with a HDMI Cable, Comes with a Memory Card, The viewfinder flips out and is a Touchscreen design.

Cons - Video Quality is substandard, No optical zoom, Memory Card it comes with is only 8 GB which is small, No Macro capabilities (For real close up shots), Built in light is pathetic (You're better off buying a External Video Light when additional lighting is needed).

Verdict - This would be usable for a Starter Camera if you are starting out in making videos upgrading to a better Camera once you get better at filming videos otherwise save up and buy a better Camera with decent video quality.

Some observations - The Bell & Howell DV30HD is the exact same camera as this which makes this a Badge Engineered camera which Elite Brands apparently does.

What will happen with this camera - Will get used as a video prop in future productions that get filmed with the DSLR Camera (Or a Camera capable of filming in 24 FPS if possible).
