What if you are low in energy and want a boost. you are hungry, but not in a mood to spend hours cooking for yourself. Noooo, don't take that sugary or junk stuff. Have this super shake which gives enough sugar you need and the energy to go on till the next meal. If you have the ingredients then all it take is not more than 5 minutes. Ingredients:
To serve 2 glasses
Avil - 1 cup
Banana - 4
Roasted and peeled peanuts - 4-5 tbsp
Boiled and chilled milk - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
Boost or Horlicks - 2 tbsp (optional)
Cherry for toppings
