Transport Minister to address national taxi lekgotla

The national taxi lekgotla rolls into the Western Cape today. Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula and Transport MEC Bonginkosi Madikizela are expected to make an address. The lekgotla is aimed at creating a road map for industry role players to eradicate violence and to re-imagine new possibilities. eNCA's Ronald Masinda has more on this. Courtesy #DStv403
