NORTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES DISTRICT-12
PRIMARY WAS RIGGED/VIRGINIA COX-DAUGHERTY FAILED TO PAY THE CANDIDATE FEE PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON THE BALLOT
The primary election results for candidate Virginia Cox-Daugherty for N.C. House of Representatives District 12 must be invalidated because per the attached N.C. State Board of Election documents, her Candidate Filing Fee wasn't paid until 12/24/2019 in the amount of $140.00. The fee was required to be paid at the time of filing in order for the candidate to be placed on the ballot. The deadline for paying this fee would have been l2/20/2019 at 12:00 p.m. The fact that she failed to meet this critical deadline made her ineligible to participate in the race as a N.C. House of Representatives District 12 Candidate in the first place.
Only Lenton Credelle Brown and Deonko Brewer met the requirements for filing for N.C. House of Representatives District 12. Lenton Credelle Brown filed on December 17, 2020, and Deonko Brewer filed on December 20, 2020 as shown by the attached documents.
This complaint alleges: (1). A defect in the manner by which votes were counted or results tabulated sufficient to cast doubt on the apparent results of the election, and (2). A violation of election law, irregularity, or misconduct sufficient to cast doubt on the apparent results of the election.
2. In each of the 28 Precincts, there are two separate, distinct, and different election results; which, is indicative of the election results being tampered with or more specifically rigged.
3. The election results as certified are not supported by the statistical data.
4. In every contest the number of votes is 22% to 59% less than the number of ballots cast.
5. We have an eyewitness who stated during the snowstorm that occurred prior to the election she saw a vehicle parked near the largest polling precinct in Kinston, Martin C. Freeman. She entered to try to vote and was turned back by a large white woman and a white man. The polls were closed and the building should have been locked up; instead it was wide open. These were not Board of Elections or Parks and Recreation staff.
6. Also during the March 3, 2020 primary, there were power outages lasting between 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on the precinct in Lenoir County. Despite the power outage the voters continued voting. The power company had no records of the power being shut off to any of the voting precincts in the county.
7. There are other irregularities that would lead one to the inescapable conclusion that the voting booths were tampered with in an effort to insure that Virginia Cox-Daugherty won the race. Virginia Cox-Daugherty is expected allegedly to become the subject of Federal Criminal Prosecution, shortly.
9. In Ayden A and Ayden B, Virginia Cox-Daugherty and Deonko Brewer appear to have received the same number of votes.
