Info from Licensor: "When my dog Bolee was a puppy, to stop him from barking all the time, we used to sing 'Who Let the Dogs Out' whenever he started barking and he would look at us all crazy, but immediately stop barking. One day, he started barking on cue and I finally got it on video. He also sings 'Whoomp There It Is.'"
