Jae-hee, give us the latest.
Mok-yeon, Azerbaijan on Sunday accused Armenia of the heavy shelling of Azerbaijan's second largest city of Ganja, saying that nine civilians had been killed and more than 30 were wounded.
"What we see here is just Armenia's purpose to kill civilians. Once again shows the true face of Armenia."
"We believed in the ceasefire. We believed that this will not happen, that is why we returned home. God help everyone."
However, Armenia is denying the allegations about the attack on Ganja, and is accusing Azerbaijan of shelling towns inside Nagorno-Karabakh.
The latest events puts into question the temporary truce deal the two countries had reached after talks in Moscow, aiming to halt the violence that first erupted on September 27th.
The two former Soviet republics have been locked in a territorial dispute for decades over Nagorno-Karabakh, which is internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan, but is controlled by local ethnic Armenian forces.
