In view of the situation arising across the country after the Hathras incident in Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government has issued advisory to all the states and union territories. The Union Home Ministry on Saturday directed the administration of all states and union territories to provide women Ensure police action in case of crime against. The Center said in clear terms that there should be no hesitation in registering an FIR against the crime of women. In the two-page advisory, the Union Home Ministry has directed mandatory action in the case of crime against women.

उत्तरप्रदेश के हाथरस कांड के बाद देशभर में पैदा हुए हालात को देखते हुए केंद्र सरकार ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को एडवायजरी जारी की है।केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने शनिवार को सभी राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों के प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया है कि वो महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराध के मामले में पुलिस की कार्रवाई को सुनिश्चित करें। केंद्र ने साफ शब्दों में कहा कि महिला अपराध के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने में जरा भी आनाकानी न की जाए।दो पन्ने की एडवायजरी में केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराध के मामले में अनिवार्य कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए हैं.
