The whole country is angry over the brutal gangrape and murder of a 19-year-old Dalit girl in Hathras. The country also witnessed the same anger in the Nirbhaya gangrape case in 2012. The Nirbhaya Fund was created in 2013 in the aftermath of December 2012 Delhi gangrape and murder case.
