US Sends 11 Thousand Troops to Guam, China Will Be onWar

The large-scale combat drills held by the US military actually triggered the alertness of Chinese troops. In another report quoted from the Global Times which is the media of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC), calling on all PLA troops to prepare for war.

Without further ado, the Global Times statement said that the US was the instigator of conflict in the South China Sea. Because of the US, China is facing territorial disputes with a number of countries in Southeast Asia.

The US military's large-scale combat drills were reinforced by the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76), which was supported by the amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA-6). In addition, two other amphibious assault ships, USS New Orleans (LPD-18) and USS Germantown (LSD-42), also took part in the war games.

The US Pacific Fleet's maritime operations director, Rear Admiral Michael Boyle, emphasized that the Brave Shield Exercise was being held to increase the combat power of the troops to become more lethal.


Meanwhile, the Commander of the US Air Force, General Charles Brown, ensured that the Indo-Pacific region would remain a priority for the US Department of Defense. Brwon also emphasized that the Indo-Pacific is the most important region in the world for the US.

"The Indo-Pacific remains the most important region in the world. And, it is the priority theater for the US Department of Defense," Brown said.

It's not just the US military that holds large-scale combat drills. In the news of September 15, 2020, the Chinese People's Liberation Army also conducted combat drills in two regions, the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea.
