S. Korean PM says pandemic is opportunity to build inclusive society

Today, October 3rd, South Korea celebrates National Foundation Day, or Gaecheonjeol in Korean.
And in a speech for the occasion, Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun has called for the country to take the social changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic... and use them as an opportunity to build a country that is a leader... and a society that is inclusive of all its people.
He also warned against holding large political rallies, which have been banned because of COVID-19, having led to hundreds of infections since the summer.
