Hathras case: Priyanka Gandhi participates in prayer meet at Delhi's Valmiki temple

This comes a day after Priyanka Gandhi and her brother Rahul Gandhi were stopped by the UP Police on the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida as they tried to travel to Hathras and meet the victim's family members.
