2.2 million jobs lost in Q2

2.2 million people lost jobs during April and June. This was when factories, mines and businesses shut down during the lockdown. The other important reflection is that more than 10 million people are out of work overall when discouraged job seekers are considered. This economy is not labour absorbing.
