Deputy Leader of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, Rajendra Rathore, has expressed concern over the life-threatening attacks on the police in the state in September by the unruly mining mafia. Rathore said that the syndicate of mining mafia in Rajasthan has become so effective and fearless now that even the police look helpless and fearful in front of them. It is now common for police and administrative officials to not dance at the behest of the mining mafia.

राजस्थान विधानसभा में उपनेता प्रतिपक्ष राजेंद्र राठौड़ ने सितंबर महीने में प्रदेश में बेखौफ खनन माफिया द्वारा पुलिस पर एक के बाद एक 8 बार जानलेवा हमले पर चिंता जताई है. राठौड़ ने कहा कि राजस्थान में खनन माफिया का सिंडीकेट अब इतना प्रभावी और बेखौफ हो गया है कि पुलिस भी उनके सामने लाचार और भयभीत दिखती है. खनन माफिया के इशारे पर नहीं नाचने वाले पुलिस और प्रशासनिक अधिकारी पर सरेआम हमले होना अब आम बात हो गई है.
