Water restrictions loom in Gauteng

Many communities in the drought-stricken Eastern Cape have not seen a drop of rain since March. Here in Gauteng, the Vaal Dam level is at 36 percent - down from almost 60 percent last year. Mike Muller is from the Wits School of Governance and is the former DG at the Water Affairs Department.
