EFHL Tutorial Part XXXI - Ability Checks

Here's an overview of EFHL Ability Checks, which simulate Official Booth Reviews, and are determine by a dice roll influenced by Team Stats and/or Player Rating. One thing I did not address in the video is that Ability Checks can be overturned by successful Coaches Challenges.
