S. Korea ranks 17th best country to live in

A U.S. nonprofit organization has ranked South Korea as the 17th best country to live in.
This is based on a survey of one-hundred-sixty-three countries by the group Social Progress Imperative
At number 17, South Korea is up six spots from last year.
Top of the list is Norway for the third year in a row, followed by Denmark and Finland.
Japan ranked 13th while China ranked one-hundred.
The index measures three categories basic human needs like healthcare; as well as access to information and access to opportunities such as higher education.
