Norma Mngoma challenges her arrest

Norma Mngoma is challenging her arrest by the Hawks. She says state resources were misused, and she was apprehended so the Hawks could gain access to her electronic devices. Mngoma was arrested on charges of malicious damage to property and crimen injuria. Her husband, former Minister Malusi Gigaba, laid the charges against her.
