Russia has provided 25-thousand tons of flour to North Korea to help it overcome COVID-19 and the recent typhoons.
The Russian Embassy in North Korea... says the flour arrived at the North's Nampo port... and the Russian crew who helped unload are under a two-week quarantine.
The embassy said the North had expressed its gratitude after the regime's agriculture sector had been affected by a series of typhoons at the end of August and early September.
Russia had also sent flour back in May for children and women with children.
