Ngubane details Daniels' dealings

The State Capture Inquiry is continuing to hear Eskom-related testimony. Former Board Chairperson, Ben Ngubane, is on the stand. He told the commission how Suzanne Daniels came to be the company secretary. She also held the position of head of Legal and Compliance and signed off on Ngubane's legal fees of R800,000. Ngubane needed legal services for challenges he was facing during his stint as head of the SABC board.
