Deon Pillay says he is not corrupt

Deny, deny, deny is all Deon Pillay did when confronted with allegations of corruption. Pillay is accused of paying a R1 million bribe to a Johannesburg city official for an R8 million tender. He was supposed to supply five hundred computers, but failed to deliver, and instead allegedly paid a bribe.
