Recipe For two members-
Ingredient -
FOR GRAVY-
04 Boiled Eggs.
02 Medium Onions
02 tsp ginger garlic paste
01 Tomato (Optional)
02-03 Green Chillies
Coirnder Leaf , Green Chilli , Onion for Garnish
FOR FRYING-
01 tsp Salt , Red Chilli Power, Coirender Power
1/2 tsp Turmeric Power and Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Jeera(Cumin) and 01 Bay Leaf
02 tsp oil for making the dish
PREPARATION METHODS-
* First make gravy paste and take kadai and On the flame and put the 2 tsp oil and wait for hot.
* Jeera and bay leaf put into the oil one 01 minute than put the gravy paste into the kadai and leave it for brownish on LOW flame for 5 minutes.
* In between take a bowl and put the all the spices and mix some water and then put into the kadai for 7 to 8 minutes on LOW Flame for deep fry.
* After 7 to 8 minutes check the gravy and put all the eggs in kadai after cut marks on eggs for absorbing gravy and leave it for 2-3 minutes, IF YOU EAT DRY, OTHERWISE
* Mix the 1 and 1-1/2 water for gravy and leave it for some minutes.
* Then take a bowl and put the DHABA STYLE EGG CURRY and garnish with Coirnder Leaf , Green Chilli , Onion for Garnish and take enjoy
TIPS-
***GRAVY SHOULD BE COOK IN LOW FLAME FOR BETTER TASTE.
***EGGS SHOULS BE LIGHT CUT MARKS.
***KEEP PATIENT AND ENJOY THE DISH.
