yes, we expect to have them, but we want them to be GOOD.

so what is the trick?

you need to expect challenges and mistakes.

Don’t fall into a destructive cycle of wondering what’s wrong with you.. just acknowledge the glitch. (No big deal.) NBD. and then make sure to take the next baby step.

and one the important thing, Don't do stupid things that you are doing when you're stressed.
You know what I’m talking about.
