ENCA_2020_0SAHRC to probe EFF councillor

The Democratic Alliance has welcomed the decision by South African Human Rights Commission to launch an investigation into a race-baiting twitter account by an EFF councillor. Limpopo councillor Anthony Matumba, pretended to be a white lady, Tracy Zille. He went on to post racist tweets, sparking outrage. Commissioner Chris Nissen provides more on this.
