Meet Shy Sadis

Shy Sadis is an experienced real estate professional and business owner based in Seattle, Washington. He has been in the real estate industry for 20 years as a property manager. Aside from his real estate ventures, Shy has also become a business owner opening cannabis dispensaries in Washington state. He continues to manage properties and operations across the numerous locations of his business.
At the start of his career more than 20 years ago, Shy Sadis began working in real estate with a small portfolio of properties. Since then, Shy has continued to learn and gain expertise in various areas of the industry. Now, he manages 140 units and properties and has become an expert in project management, property management, and real estate finance.
These real estate skills have directly aided the success of Shy Sadis’ business because of the strict compliance regulations for cannabis companies. He has utilized his negotiation skills and knowledge of local zoning ordinances and codes to help streamline the process of finding a location for his business. Before Shy Sadis decided to start a company in a completely new industry, he went to Colorado, where the medical marijuana industry was already in full swing. Shy learned from other business owners on best practices and learned of some of the obstacles he would face in the industry. Shy returned to Washington with a plan to open his company, The Joint.
Shy Sadis was able to create an environment where his clients felt comfortable and peaceful, which has helped his company flourish. Since he saw so much success with his first location, Shy decided to open another store called Starbuds. By utilizing his already established methods and store designs, Shy was able to replicate his first successful store, which led to clientele flocking to each location equally. When recreational cannabis became legalized, Shy already had his business prepared, but he did have to draft protocol for the operations of the company that not only complied with the law but also complimented the neighborhood of each location.
Outside of his career, Shy Sadis is a fan of outdoor sports and watching MMA fights. He is a fan of UFC and enjoys water sports such as wakeboarding and surfing.
