Did former Minister Nomvula Mokonyane perjurer herself before the State Capture Inquiry? A paper trail of invoices show Bosasa paid for a swanky booze-filled function at the Victorian Guest House in Krugersdorp for the then MEC for Safety and Liaison. The former Minister denied all of this when she testified in late July.
