NEET-JEE Exam 2020 : SC ने विदेश में रह रहे परीक्षार्थियों को लाने का दिया आदेश | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Supreme Court has denied permission to set up examination centers abroad for NEET exam. The center has been instructed to allow students to visit India through flights to Vande India. The court said that quarantine norms are mandatory and it cannot issue orders for giving exemption for such students. But the court has allowed the petitioners to approach the state authorities to seek exemption.

नेशनल एलिजिबिलिटी कम एंट्रेंस टेस्ट के लिए मिडिल ईस्ट के देशों में परीक्षा केंद्र की मांग वाली याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई। इस दौरना कोर्ट ने खाड़ी देशों में एग्जाम सेंटर बनाने के निर्देश को पारित करने से इंकार कर दिया। हालांकि, कोर्ट ने सरकार से "वंदे भारत मिशन" उड़ानों के जरिए स्टडूटेंस् को आने के लिए अनुमति देने को कहा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मिडिल ईस्ट देशों में रह रहे पैरेंट्स की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए ये फैसला सुनाया।
