Ingredients:

1kg chicken
400gm Yoghurt
1tbsp Red Chilli powder
1tbsp Kashmiri red Chilli powder
1tbsp Garam masala
½tbsp Turmeric powder
2tbsp coriander powder
½tbsp Black pepper
1tbsp Chaat masala
1tbsp Kasoori methi
Salt to taste
Red food color(optional)
2tbsp Lemon juice
1tbsp Dry Mango powder
1tbsp Cumin powder
½cup Coriander leaves
4tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Garnishing:

Onions
Lemon
Coriander leaves

1किलो चिकन
400ग्राम दही
1चम्मच लाल मिर्ची पाउडर
1चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1चम्मच गरम मसाला
½चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
2चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
½चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
1चम्मच चाट मसाला
1चम्मच कसूरी मेथी
नमक स्वादअनुसार
लाल खाद्य रंग (वैकल्पिक)
2 नींबू का रस
1चम्मच आमचूर पाउडर
1चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
½कप धनिया
4चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
