Whites and Indians remain at the top- Transformation is slow

Transformation continues to be very slow in South African companies. This is according to the Commission for Employment Equity. Its research shows that appointments, promotions and development of white and Indian employees persists. And it is all happening at a snail's pace, if at all, for black people. The commission chairperson, Tabea Kabinde unpacks this.
