More than 260 people were arrested during a police crackdown on an illegal online gambling syndicate and RM611,356 worth of gambling equipment and cash seized.
Kuala Lumpur city police chief Comm Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim said that at a press conference on Friday, adding that the arrests came after 71 raids conducted throughout the city in the first six months of 2018.
