Men set off explosions in Japan, killing himself and wounded three

A 72 year-old retired soldier set off explosions and burnt his house to the ground in separate incidents Utsunomiya, Japan on Sunday, killing himself and injuring three other people in an apparent suicide, state broadcaster NHK reported.
