COSATU wants government to ease restrictions

There is speculation President Cyril Ramaphosa could be announcing a move from level 3 lockdown to level 2 soon. This as pressure mounts on government to further reopen the economy. COSATU's Bheki Ntshalintshali says while it is a difficult decision, people's suffering must be considered.
