The Library Is Open is an exclusive 8-episode series on Star2.com that features Malaysian and international writers, authors, playwrights, poets, songwriters and screenwriters reading from their published (and sometimes unpublished) work. In Episode #1, Malaysian novellist Zen Cho reads the from her first internationally published book "Sorcerer To The Crown", out now.

Zen Cho is the first Malaysian to receive the William L. Crawford Fantasy Award from the International Association For The Fantastic In The Arts, for her book "Spirits Abroad", a collection of short stories within the speculative fiction genre (encompassing the supernatural, fantastical or futuristic elements). Zen, now 29, was born and raised in Selangor and currently resides in London. "Sorcerer To The Crown" is the first book in her trilogy debut.
