The Russian army launches ballistic missile systems and unmanned drones at a simulated enemy as part of a training exercise. The training took place at the Kapustin Yar rocket launch and development site in the western Russian region of Astrakhan Oblast, and the video from the ‘hot spot’ was shared on the Russian Ministry of Defence's official YouTube channel. The frames show the process of the missile systems launching the multiple rockets into the air while some of the recording cameras were installed quite close to the armed vehicles and the rocket launchers. According to the Zvezda TV channel, the Russian 9K720 Iskander systems and the Tornado multiple launch rocket systems hit the simulated enemy from a distance of 56 miles during the latest training exercise.
