Bamboo chicken is very tasty and a tribal recipe too. For this you need a freshly cut bamboo stem with one end closed with node and the other end open.
Now for a few words about the taste of bamboo chicken, the taste was amazing. The secret ingredient was the speciality of the village spices.

Bamboo rice was well cooked and has a distinct flavour of soft roasted rice and bamboo.

Mundi is a traditional Marma ethnic food in Bandarborn, which is gaining popularity. This dish is served with fish curry soup or shrimps. Pepper powder, onion, coriander leaves, lemon juice and dried fish mixed with soaked rice noodles.

Apart from the main dishes there were some other side dishes as well such as the fish kababs or the grilled fish, mixed vegetable, chicken chutney, which had a tangy lemon flavour and spicy as well. Last but not the least the dry fish chutney.
