Senators Reconvene To Decide Fate Of Revenue Formula

Talk of power-play in the senate, and the debate around the division of revenue was turned to be a dress-down for incoming leader of majority Irungu Kang'ata. This is after ousted majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen pulled the rug under his feet and called for an adjournment seeking time to negotiate. Kangata opposed the move and failed to whip enough senators to his side.
