PRASA - a broken organisation

Former PRASA employee Edgar Paul Gumede and branch manager Richard Moyo appeared in the Germiston Magistrate court today. They face charges of theft and corruption. The two were caught with PRASA machinery worth over R2 million. PRASA is working with the police and its own investigative unit to get to the bottom of the matter.
