Is Chipotle's new cauliflower rice worth its $2 price tag?

After years of pent-up demand, Chipotle is adding cauliflower rice to its menu. Currently only available at select restaurants in Colorado and Wisconsin, the rice is flavored with lime and cilantro. It only has four carbs per serving, making it an appealing grain-free alternative to many consumers. However, it does cost an additional $2, which is about the same as adding guacamole or queso to an order. We visited a participating Wisconsin location to find out what Chipotle’s cauliflower rice tastes like and whether or not it’s worth the extra $2.
