LIC Housing Finance reduces home loan rate to all-time low of 6.90 pc

India's leading housing finance mortgage firm declared it had reduced interest rate to an all-time low of 6.90 percent for a loan less than 50 lakhs for a new home loan. Borrowers should have a CIBIL score of 700 and above to avail this facility While for the loan above 50 lakh, the rate of interest will be 7 percent onwards for a similar score.
