Euro Draw Mobile Phones

During a draw for a European competition, David Taylor asks for respect by asking everyone to ensure their mobile phones are switched off, as he don't want them communicating during the course of the draw by creating a disturbance. However, this seems to have been ignored as the various club delegates seem to be using their mobiles throughout the course of the draw.
