"트위터 해킹은 10∼20대 소행"…NYT, 해커들과 메신저 인터뷰

The culprits of the recent Twitter hacking spree have been revealed to be a group of young hackers.
According to the New York Times on Friday, the attack was not carried out by a specific country or hacker group, but by a group of young people.
The Times interviewed four individuals connected to the scam.
It started with a conversation between two hackers on the messenger platform Discord last Tuesday.
A hacker named Kirk revealed that he had the authority to control Twitter accounts.
He went on to collect 180-thousand U.S. dollars by hacking some of the most prominent people on social media...and asking their followers for Bitcoin.
It's still unknown who Kirk is and if he shared access to Twitter with anyone else.
