Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying says China strongly opposes Britain's ban on Huawei, adding "the world is big, the United Kingdom is relatively small".
She also says that media in Hong Kong should not be worried about reporting in the city, as long as they "follow laws and regulations when reporting" after the New York Times said it was moving its digital news hub from the city to South Korea as a result of a newly imposed security law.
