Vikas Dubey has reportedly been killed in an encounter in Kanpur. The encounter reportedly broke out between Vikas Dubey and the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) when the gangster tried to flee. Vikas Dubey's death is yet to be confirmed by the officials.
