South Korea's chief nuclear negotiator, Lee Do-hoon, met in Seoul on Friday with the ambassadors of China and Russia.
This was the first time he's reported to work since his release from two weeks of self-isolation upon returning from Washington... where he met Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun.
The separate meetings were held with Chinese Ambassador Xing Haiming and Russian Ambassador Andrey Kulik, who say they discussed the situation on the Korean Peninsula.
Those discussions are gaining traction as the U.S. envoy Biegun is reportedly planning to visit South Korea next Tuesday ...amid Seoul's efforts to revive the momentum for dialogue between Pyeongyang and Washington.
