Chocolate Whey Protein Drink

Try out some variations with your pre and post workout protein shakes by adding few more ingredients and making this 2 minute protein drink, which is a Low Carb High Fat Protein Drink. Adding the cocoa powder and stevia for some taste and flavor, the MCT has it's added benefit in LCHF foods giving quick energy and adding to the fat content together with the cream; the whey protein added makes it a complete drink.

Ingredients:

Whey Protein Powder 1/2 scoop
MCT Fat Powder 1/2 scoop
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/2 tbsp
Fresh Cream 1 tbsp
Stevia Powder 1g
Water 200ml
Dark Chocolate
Few Mixed nuts (almonds, macadamia, walnuts, cashews)
