Will the Florida coronavirus spike stop NBA Orlando Return?

Florida's coronavirus cases hit 14% positive rate and increase 275% over the past two weeks. The state is ground zero in a massive coronavirus resurgence after much of the US opened in the spring. Adam Silver reiterated that the NBA is moving forward unless there is a massive internal spread. With the Nuggets shutting down their practice facility, 10 players already out of the fold and critics harping the league's decision will there be basketball on July 31?
