London charity shop adjusts to strict COVID-19 rules

Charity shops have reopened in the England but they have had to adapt to the 'new normal'. To help fight the spread of coronavirus donated clothes now have to be quarantined for 72 hours, while customers are not allowed to try items on before buying them. At the British Red Cross shop in Kensington and Chelsea, Manager Ernestina Fonseca says she's confident the store can deal with the new challenges.
